This is not right and would prove to be hazardous for your health. Your body needs all the proper-nutrition. Do not starve. Just be selective in the items that you ingest.

Exercise is a necessary component of weight loss plans. Always allot certain duration of your day for exercise. It is advisable to start slow and then gradually increase the duration of exercise so that your body can get accustomed and the exercise does not prove to be too much for you.
